Sr. Learning & Development Lead

Responsibilities

• Partner with US-based L&D leads to localize global onboarding and enablement programs for the European market.
• Deliver region-specific training that reflects local market dynamics, customer needs, and cultural considerations.
• Support European Business Development teams through onboarding, ongoing enablement, and reinforcement.
• Provide feedback and insights to global L&D leaders to continuously improve content relevance.
• Ensure all enablement materials meet regional compliance and business requirements.
• Act as the primary L&D point of contact for the European Business Development organization.

Requirements

• Knowledge of designing and implementing global learning programs, including instructional design, facilitation, and project management.
• Experience delivering engaging, regionally relevant training that resonates with European sales teams across diverse markets (e.g., UK, Germany, France).
• Proven ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and partner with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to own European sales teams' training needs and work independently and autonomously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading process improvements within a learning environment.
• Background working with European sales or business development organizations.
• Experience in B2B, logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce industries.
• Familiarity with sales enablement platforms such as Highspot or Salesforce.
• Experience with AI-enabled learning tools (e.g., Hyperbound, Compass, or similar roleplay environments).
