Sr Lead, Solutions Architect - Infrastructure, Cloud, Automation & AI Engineering

Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure quality engineering programs across enterprise infrastructure, cloud, and platform initiatives.
• Own the automated infrastructure testing strategy, including planning, scripting, execution, and monitoring.
• Architect and integrate IaC validation using Terraform, Ansible, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Design modular, scalable microservices architecture using Java, Spring Boot, and MS SQL.
• Drive cloud transformation strategy and enable AI-driven automation and intelligent platform capabilities.
• Lead and mentor a global team of 20+ engineers across India and US teams.
• Partner with Engineering, DevOps, Security, and Operations to align automation with business goals.
• Define KPIs, report outcomes, and establish engineering standards through code and design reviews.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in infrastructure change testing lifecycle or Software Testing Lifecycle (STLC).
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, Java, or Advanced PowerShell.
• Proven expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and relational databases like MS SQL.
• Extensive experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
• Deep understanding of CI/CD concepts and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI).
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms including AWS and Azure.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Computer Systems Architecture, Data Center operations, and networking.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in cloud architecture (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect) or automation (e.g., Terraform Associate).
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.
• Familiarity with log aggregation stacks like ELK/EFK.
