Expertise in Incident Response & Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep/ARM, Chef, Puppet, Ansible)
Experience with CI/CD Pipeline Automation
Programming proficiency in Python, Java, or C#
