Sr. Lead RF Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of software for RF, Wireless, SIGINT, ELINT, and Electronic Warfare solutions.
• Implement real-time DSP algorithms for modulation/demodulation, filtering, channelization, detection, and estimation.
• Author low-level code to maximize efficiency and manage runtimes for ultra-time-sensitive location estimations.
• Develop algorithms for signal detection, classification, geolocation, and parameter estimation.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines and utilize containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) for scalable RF/DSP services.
• Provide technical leadership and functional management for the Airborne Sensing Software and DSP development team.
• Oversee the design, development, documentation, and testing of complex tactical and national software systems.
• Review and approve code developed by subordinates to ensure quality and baseline integration.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in software or DSP development and personnel management.
• Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph security clearance.
• Strong background in real-time software development for RF, Wireless, or Electronic Warfare capabilities.
• Working knowledge of digital signal processing, waveform development, and data analytics.
• Experience with cloud-based Continuous Integration/Continuous Development (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Proven experience in the design, development, test, and integration of rapid-prototype software architectures.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with proposal writing and building customer relations.
• Working knowledge of modern Software Development Frameworks.
• Previous experience with IC or DoD-related RF, SIGINT, or Electronic Warfare systems programs.
