Sr Lead Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate emerging trends, technologies, and partnership opportunities to inform the product roadmap and strategy.
• Partner with executive leadership to define and execute product strategy for digital wallets, in-store checkout, and P2P experiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver products that drive business growth.
• Manage wallet partnerships and coordinate product development with external partners to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Drive financial performance for relevant products, focusing on revenue growth, profitability, and market share.
• Establish and track OKRs to measure initiative success, using data-driven insights to refine product strategy.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses to monitor product performance and make strategic adjustments.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or a Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of relevant experience).
• 4+ years of experience in leadership roles involving end-to-end execution of complex, multi-faceted projects.
• 4+ years of experience with Fintech trends, technologies, and regulatory environments.
• 4+ years of experience in project management frameworks and tools.
• 4+ years of experience analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to derive actionable business insights.
• 4+ years of experience influencing results across all levels of an organization and communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• 1+ year of experience with financial system architecture, including payment rails, APIs, and ledger systems.
• 1+ year of experience integrating financial regulations into product requirements.
