Sr. Lead - Infra Audit Preparation and Oversight

Responsibilities

• Lead the Infrastructure Pre-Audit Assessment (iPaaT) team for internal assessments
• Support the Principle in managing regional teams and executing defined objectives
• Conduct current state assessments to identify potential gaps and support remediation
• Provide weekly reporting on assessment status to Infrastructure Leadership
• Partner with Infrastructure and Platform owners to assess the design and operating effectiveness of controls
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with global stakeholders
• Develop and execute assessment schedules to ensure coverage for upcoming audits

Requirements

• 12+ years of Internal Audit experience
• 7+ years of experience within the Financial Services industry
• In-depth understanding of financial services regulations, risks, and controls
• Strong critical thinking, analytical, leadership, and organizational skills
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build relationships across an organization
• Ability to drive execution and manage ambiguity

Preferred Qualifications

• Internal Audit or Risk related certifications (e.g., CSIA, CIA, CRISK)
• Technology-specific certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, Oracle, Unix, Windows)
• Previous experience working at a Big4 firm
