Sr. Lead Digital Design

Responsibilities

• Define and realize digital functions on IPs, subsystems, or IC levels based on required specifications
• Manage the full ASIC design cycle, including RTL coding, verification, synthesis, and timing closure
• Ensure design quality and reliability by following strict specifications and standards
• Perform DFT (Design for Test) and provide backend support
• Participate in problem-solving for digital and system domains of the device
• Author design-specific documentation for both internal and external stakeholders
• Provide silicon validation support and assist with silicon bring-up

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital function definition and RTL coding
• Expertise in verification, synthesis, and timing closure
• Experience with DFT (Design for Test) methodologies
• Ability to support silicon validation and bring-up processes
• Background in wireless or communication ASIC development
