Responsibilities

• Act as the primary data partner for Product, Engineering, and Business leaders across Revenue and Merchandising organizations
• Lead end-to-end analytics initiatives from metric definition to complex deep-dive analyses
• Integrate Generative AI tools into workflows to accelerate SQL/Python code generation and automate tasks
• Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and quasi-experiments to evaluate feature and algorithm impact
• Analyze viewer engagement, host performance, and conversion funnels for the Posh Shows ecosystem
• Analyze supply/demand trends and search performance to improve inventory liquidity
• Mentor junior data analysts and promote a data-driven culture
• Build and maintain scalable data models and automated dashboards

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Data Analytics or Data Science
• Expert-level proficiency in SQL
• Strong programming skills in Python or R
• Hands-on experience using LLMs (Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude) for analytics productivity
• Advanced experience with BI tools like Tableau or Looker
• Deep understanding of A/B testing and causal inference
• Proven ability to translate complex data into business recommendations
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Math, CS, Economics) or equivalent experience
