Sr. Lead - Commercial Project & Strategic Initiatives

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to the process and project management team
• Foster positive relationships with internal stakeholders and manage expectations
• Coordinate and manage the commercial project pipeline for Quarterly Increment Planning
• Manage capacity within the Commercial Project Team to optimize efficiency
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of key organizational projects
• Oversee the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives
• Maintain regular communication and present project status reports to the Cross-Functional Program Management Team

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
• At least 6 years of experience in project, process, or program management
• Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies
• Understanding of process management and continuous improvement methodologies
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana
• Fluent in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.)
• Additional languages
