Sr. Lead Business Transformation

Responsibilities

• Execute enterprise-level, multi-year transformation programs to support strategic initiatives.
• Provide subject matter expertise in specific workstreams, particularly in data analysis.
• Ensure successful delivery of workstream efforts by establishing program-level plans and monitoring performance.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement to inform transformation strategy.
• Communicate with a broad range of stakeholders to build relationships and influence outcomes.
• Support change management efforts by identifying potential obstacles and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and growth within the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in process improvement, operations, or consulting.
• Strong knowledge of TIAA products, services, and systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience leveraging data, monitoring metrics, and sharing results with leadership.
• Experience operating as a liaison between technology and business units.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Retirement & Retail financial services.
• Proven track record supporting strategic and transformational continuous improvement programs.
• Familiarity with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Confluence, Jira Align, and SharePoint.
• Experience presenting to and taking direction from executive leadership.
• University degree preferred.
