Sr. Layout Engineer

Responsibilities

• Complete PCB layout for Power Supply Unit and Power Solutions projects to meet customer requirements
• Independently build component libraries, ensuring accuracy and availability
• Manage the full design workflow including SCH ECO, PCB placement, layout, Gerber output, and documentation production
• Communicate with PCB manufacturers to resolve EQ issues during the manufacturing process
• Assist factories in solving DFM issues to ensure product manufacturability and productivity

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional working experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the power supply industry or energy storage system products
• Proficiency in PADS software for PCB design and layout
• Deep understanding of power layout and safety regulations related to spacing

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering
• Experience in high-speed signal layout
• Excellent communication and coordination skills for cross-departmental collaboration
• High level of attention to detail and responsibility regarding design accuracy
