Sr. JD Edwards Sales and Distribution Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize JD Edwards technical systems and associated integrations to improve business processes.
• Configure and maintain JDE modules including Sales and Distribution, Advanced Warehousing (RF GEN), Advanced Pricing, Transportation, and Inventory Management.
• Serve as the primary Subject Matter Expert for Sales Order Processing, Supply Chain, and Master Data Management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support Order to Cash and Procure to Pay operations.
• Perform business analysis and design, including writing functional specifications and design documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues using ITIL-type methodologies and incident management.
• Manage small projects through the full SDLC, from concept and requirements through implementation.
• Provide training and support to end-users, help desk personnel, and system developers.

Requirements

• Extensive expertise in JD Edwards Sales and Distribution modules.
• Proven experience with Advanced Warehousing, Advanced Pricing, and EDI integrations.
• Proficiency in the SDLC model and ITIL methodologies.
• Strong background in business analysis, system design, and technical documentation.
• Ability to manage incident investigations, root cause analysis, and mitigation planning.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (less than 15%).
