Sr ITS Analyst (PLM/Teamcenter)

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to ensure a clear understanding of user needs
• Map current business processes (AS-IS) and design optimized future-state processes (TO-BE)
• Translate business needs into practical and technically feasible solutions, aligning business and IT teams
• Support solution design, validation activities, and technical feasibility assessments
• Plan, coordinate, and support testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Support the implementation of new systems, contributing to user adoption and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience integrating Teamcenter with ERP (e.g., SAP), MES systems, and CAD tools (e.g., NX, SolidWorks)
• Knowledge of BMIDE, ITK, and SOA for Teamcenter data modeling and integrations
• Proficiency in Java, C++, XML, and JavaScript
• Knowledge of Active Workspace (AWC) and Rich Client (RAC)
• Understanding of PLM processes, BOM management, change management (ECR/ECO), and document control
• Experience with testing and validation activities (unit, functional, and system validation)
• Proficient English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Participation in Teamcenter implementation, upgrade, or migration projects
• Working knowledge of Agile or Waterfall methodologies
• Experience with technical documentation and version control systems such as Git
• Spanish language skills
