Sr IT Vendor Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive value, performance, and accountability across strategic technology vendors through established governance models.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with strategic vendors, managing escalations, risks, security, and compliance.
• Oversee the full contract lifecycle, including authoring RFPs and SOWs, and partnering with Legal and Sourcing for negotiations and renewals.
• Lead outsourcing lifecycle activities, including business case development, transition management, and training programs.
• Manage financial aspects of technology portfolios, including forecasting, budgeting, accrual management, and TCO analysis.
• Monitor SLAs, KPIs, and asset lifecycles across hardware, software, services, data centers, and cloud environments.
• Oversee offshore vendor management activities and standardize governance and risk scoring processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in IT vendor management, including vendor risk profiling and governance.
• Proven expertise in Managed Services Delivery Management.
• Strong financial and contract management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vendors, transitions, and delivery governance simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Vendor Management Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, OCM, CIVM, or CVMP.
