Sr IT Project Mgmt Specialist

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track data migration activities, master data strategy deliverables, and data quality governance across all workstreams.
• Manage the end-to-end RICEFW backlog, including tracking requirements, development progress, testing readiness, and delivery status.
• Oversee integration coordination for applications connecting to S/4HANA Cloud, including BTP-related objects and interface tracking.
• Drive testing coordination by supporting UAT, integration testing cycles, defect triage, and go-live readiness reporting.
• Maintain program-level trackers, RAID items, and status reporting related to data, RICEFWs, integrations, and testing.
• Act as a liaison between US-based Project Managers and India-based technical, configuration, and development teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of SAP PMO or project coordination experience, specifically within S/4HANA or large ECC transformations.
• Solid understanding of RICEFW concepts, data migration processes, and integration landscapes.
• Experience coordinating SAP testing cycles and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, JIRA, Cloud ALM, and MS Project.
• Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and S/4HANA Cloud concepts.
• Excellent English communication and organizational skills.
