Sr. IT CCTV Operators Specialist

Responsibilities

• Monitor live CCTV feeds and ensure system uptime across all locations
• Perform daily system health checks for cameras, storage, and recording
• Identify and report system issues, outages, or suspicious activities
• Retrieve CCTV footage for incidents and investigations
• Handle CCTV support tickets and resolve issues within SLA
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues related to CCTV systems
• Perform firmware and software upgrades and escalate critical issues
• Conduct preventive maintenance and physical inspections
• Replace faulty equipment and support field operations
• Maintain system documentation, access control, and compliance records
• Coordinate with vendors for repairs, replacements, and support

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in CCTV / Security Systems
• Knowledge of CCTV systems such as Hikvision or Dahua
• Basic networking knowledge including IP and VLAN
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
