Sr ISC Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise Work Flow Specialists and Production Operators on the 1st shift
• Lead Tiered Operating Systems focusing on Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Productivity
• Act as the primary escalation point and support for off-shifts
• Drive productivity improvements and foster a culture of continuous improvement
• Manage resources, talent, and employee development in a dynamic environment
• Review quality output and coach team members on necessary improvements
• Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to execute strategic goals

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership role
• Proficiency with SAP software
• Strong troubleshooting skills for processes and equipment
• Computer literacy and ability to convey information with clarity

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree
• Green Belt training or certification
• Experience working across multiple teams and functions
