Sr. ISC Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities to ensure adherence to schedules and quality standards
• Lead and develop production team members to enhance performance and engagement
• Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes
• Collaborate with supply chain, quality, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for senior management

Requirements

• Experience in production supervision within supply chain or manufacturing environments
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• Proficiency in managing production schedules, team leadership, and performance monitoring
• Familiarity with ERP systems and production management software
• Ability to analyze production data and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and quality

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Proven leadership experience in an integrated supply chain production environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills focused on operational excellence
• Experience driving team engagement and fostering an inclusive work culture
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance in production settings
