Sr Integration Consultant - Boomi/WFM

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality integration solutions and consulting services for UKG Workforce Management (WFM/Dimensions)
• Design, build, and deploy complex, non-templated Boomi integrations to meet custom business requirements
• Troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical issues across the integration lifecycle
• Lead internal and external stakeholder meetings, managing integration timelines and proactively communicating changes
• Drive integration discovery and scoping for high-complexity efforts, advising on risks and rollout strategies
• Mentor peers and serve as a technical advisor for high-impact customers

Requirements

• 5-8 years of industry or professional consulting experience
• 3+ years of experience specifically delivering complex WFM integrations
• Advanced proficiency in Boomi and related integration tools
• Strong technical skills in SQL and XML
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
