Sr. Inside Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of small and medium-sized customers, handling the full pre-sales cycle from initial contact and quotation to contract signing.
• Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities within the assigned portfolio to expand sterilization and related service offerings.
• Maintain and improve customer relations through regular communication and by coordinating plant visits.
• Support post-sales activities, including coordinating validation projects and managing quarterly contract renewals, addendums, and extensions.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding pricing, quotes, turnaround times, quality, and capacity.
• Generate quotes for revalidations, engineering runs, and special service requests.
• Assist in collecting purchase orders and uploading them into the CRM to initiate projects.
• Support the Sales Leader EMEA and account managers in daily commercial execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in business or a relevant field.
• 1-3 years of experience in sales support.
• Fluency in both English and Italian (written and verbal).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with both internal departments and external customers.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.
• Experience working with CRM tools and sales tracking software.
