Sr Inside Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Grow customer accounts by increasing revenue, margin, and order size
• Identify new business opportunities and convert customers from competitors
• Conduct outbound calls daily to present leads and maintain steady communication
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships through exceptional service
• Educate customers on new products, technology trends, and industry developments
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the tracking system
• Provide an exceptional shopping experience across phone, in-store, and online channels

Requirements

• 3 years of professional sales experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Computer literacy with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Strong desire to be in a sales role and accountability for revenue targets

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in Retail, Hospitality, or Customer Service industries
• Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
• Previous experience in a distribution environment
• Strong negotiation and marketing skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
