Sr. Infrastructure Engineer (Cloud & Network)

Responsibilities

• Deliver engineering solutions across an Azure-first cloud ecosystem
• Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure using Terraform to ensure scalable, secure, and repeatable deployments
• Conduct technical audits, assessments, and develop comprehensive documentation
• Support global teams by assisting with operational escalations
• Collaborate with cross-regional partners to execute shared technical roadmaps
• Partner with Finance and Engineering teams to support FinOps practices, including cloud cost visibility and usage optimization
• Contribute to cloud spend reporting and cost allocation using Azure native tools and Cloudability

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on cloud engineering experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related STEM field (or equivalent experience)
• Significant hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure
• Strong Terraform expertise for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and deployment pipelines
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps
• Experience with automation tools like Ansible and PowerShell
• Familiarity with ITSM/ITIL frameworks
• Excellent English communication skills for working with international, distributed teams

Preferred Qualifications

• General knowledge of AWS
• Experience with AliCloud
• Experience working in a Global Capability Center (GCC) or multinational environment
• Experience with Agile/Scrum, Jira, and Confluence
• Exposure to Jira Service Manager
