Sr Indirect Category Supplier Manager II

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives, negotiations, and cost management for the Facilities Equipment category.
• Develop and validate category strategies in collaboration with Global and Regional Category Managers and internal stakeholders.
• Implement processes to monitor supplier performance and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Identify and evaluate category-specific savings and revenue levers to drive scorecard metric targets.
• Provide market intelligence and category price trends to relevant internal stakeholders.
• Utilize should-cost models and benchmarked data to manage costs effectively.
• Lead negotiations for contract extensions, renewals, and price renegotiations.
• Build and maintain collaborative partnerships to enhance supply chain efficiency and resilience.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience specifically within the Facilities Category.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven track record in category management and strategic sourcing.
• Strong negotiating and analytical skills.
• Advanced expertise in material cost structure understanding and analysis.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.
