Sr. IGA Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Administer and troubleshoot accounts, roles, and permissions in Active Directory, Azure AD (Microsoft Entra ID), and SaaS applications.
• Resolve escalated access issues requiring deep directory, identity, or workflow knowledge.
• Support onboarding and offboarding for privileged accounts and sensitive roles.
• Assist in recurring access certifications, entitlement reviews, and remediation efforts.
• Maintain and enhance standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation.
• Proactively identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to access workflows and approval chains.
• Collaborate with IAM Engineering or IT teams on automation, including PowerShell scripts and provisioning integrations.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior analysts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) or IGA Operations.
• Proficiency in Active Directory and Azure AD/Entra ID administration.
• Strong understanding of RBAC models, least privilege principles, and access governance.
• Experience with Single-Sign-On (SSO) and MFA platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong focus on customer service.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
