Sr. HRIS Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced functional and technical support for Oracle HCM (Core HR, Talent Management, and Workforce Compensation) across North America.
• Act as a senior escalation point for complex system issues, performing root cause analysis and driving sustainable resolutions.
• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of HRIS enhancements, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Manage Oracle quarterly releases, including impact assessments, test planning, and stakeholder communications.
• Serve as the functional subject matter expert for HR analytics, designing advanced dashboards and reports using OTBI and BI Publisher.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, and IT to ensure system stability, data integrity, and seamless API integrations.
• Ensure compliance with regional data privacy regulations and internal security standards.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive experience supporting HR systems, HR data analytics, and enterprise reporting solutions.
• Advanced, hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud configuration and optimization.
• Demonstrated expertise in designing HR analytics and reporting solutions using OTBI and BI Publisher.
• Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into effective technical system solutions.
• Experience supporting multi-country or regional HR systems across North America.
• Working knowledge of North American HR compliance, including data privacy and regulatory requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Power BI or Qlik for data visualization.
• Experience leading large-scale HRIS implementations or system transformations in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong background in managing cross-functional projects and defining technical scope.
