Sr. HR PM, Business Operations, Talent Acquisition Tech

Responsibilities

• Own Rhythm of the Business (ROB) mechanisms and special projects to drive efficient, high-visibility work within the Talent Acquisition Tech organization.
• Develop mechanisms to measure the success and adoption of business initiatives.
• Lead change management with stakeholders regarding business operations processes and procedures.
• Maintain and deliver a cadence of cross-customer meetings, weekly/monthly/quarterly business reviews, dashboards, and status reports.
• Prepare and present findings and recommendations to the senior management team.
• Engage with product, TPM, and development teams to identify and correct process gaps.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Program Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HR, talent acquisition, management consulting, or project/program management.
• Experience communicating complex concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in data manipulation using Microsoft Excel and MS Office suite.
• Proven experience in making data-driven business decisions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading and influencing the data strategy of a team or organization.
• Experience working across functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
