About the role
Responsibilities
- Own Rhythm of the Business (ROB) mechanisms and special projects to drive efficient, high-visibility work within the Talent Acquisition Tech organization.
- Develop mechanisms to measure the success and adoption of business initiatives.
- Lead change management with stakeholders regarding business operations processes and procedures.
- Maintain and deliver a cadence of cross-customer meetings, weekly/monthly/quarterly business reviews, dashboards, and status reports.
- Prepare and present findings and recommendations to the senior management team.
- Engage with product, TPM, and development teams to identify and correct process gaps.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Program Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR, talent acquisition, management consulting, or project/program management.
- Experience communicating complex concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in data manipulation using Microsoft Excel and MS Office suite.
- Proven experience in making data-driven business decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading and influencing the data strategy of a team or organization.
- Experience working across functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
