Sr. HR Partner

Responsibilities

• Support managers through complex performance management cases, including improvement plans and bias-free evaluations.
• Handle nuanced employee relations investigations, grievances, and mediations while ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
• Drive the implementation of employee programs and lead organizational change management initiatives across the region.
• Act as a strategic partner to senior leaders by providing data-driven insights and presenting recommendations through strategic narratives.
• Identify emerging people trends and collaborate with Legal, Employee Relations, and HR Business Partners to implement scalable solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent post-secondary degree.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in HR Partnering or related HR functions.
• Strong HR acumen with advanced problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Experience working in highly matrixed organizations and managing ambiguity.
• Business professional fluency in English (written and verbal).
• Ability to work night shifts to support the Philippines Customer Service organization.

• Proven track record in dynamic, fast-paced, and customer-driven environments.
• Project management expertise with the ability to influence through data-driven recommendations.
• Strong coaching and consulting skills with experience influencing multiple cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience developing and implementing regional or country-level HR programs.
• Ability to handle both strategic and tactical work simultaneously.
