Sr. HR Manager/Associate HR Director

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop HR Managers and Generalists supporting manufacturing operations
• Serve as a trusted advisor to corporate office leaders on employee relations and performance management
• Champion a positive, inclusive work environment and oversee complex employee relations investigations
• Partner with executive leaders to align people strategies with business objectives
• Support talent acquisition, internal mobility, and succession planning
• Lead employee experience initiatives including engagement surveys and recognition programs
• Facilitate performance review processes and leadership development training

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Communication, or related field
• 7-10+ years of progressive HR experience
• Experience leading HR professionals in manufacturing or operations environments
• Experience partnering with recruiting teams and talent acquisition strategies
• Willingness to travel up to 20%

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree
• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification
