Sr HR Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic business partner to site leadership, aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
• Drive organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.
• Lead talent management processes including performance management, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Manage employee relations, including investigations, conflict resolution, and labor relations.
• Ensure compliance with Mexican labor law (LFT) and corporate HR policies.
• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence and Shared Services to deliver efficient HR solutions.
• Lead employee engagement, culture, and retention initiatives.
• Analyze HR metrics to drive data-driven decisions and improve organizational performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience.
• 3+ years in a senior HRBP or leadership role.
• Fluent English (written and verbal).
• Strong knowledge of Mexican Labor Law (LFT).
• Proven experience managing employee relations and complex HR cases.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive business outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing or aerospace environment.
• Exposure to union or labor relations.
• Experience working within global organizations or shared services environments.
• Familiarity with HR systems such as Oracle HCM or Workday.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to lead change and drive continuous improvement (HOS mindset).
