Sr HR Generalist

Responsibilities

• Manage employee relations, including handling inquiries, investigations, and conflict resolution
• Support performance management processes such as goal setting, reviews, and development plans
• Partner with the talent acquisition team to attract and select top talent
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements
• Develop and implement HR programs to support business objectives
• Provide guidance and support to People Leaders on HR practices and regulations

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in Site HR, focusing on employee relations, performance management, and talent acquisition
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
• Proven experience managing employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution
• Proficiency in HR systems and tools relevant to employee management
• Ability to interpret and apply HR regulations and legal requirements effectively
• Must be a U.S. person (citizen, permanent resident, or protected status)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven track record in driving employee engagement and fostering a positive work culture
• Experience with talent acquisition strategies and best practices
