Sr. HR Consultant

Responsibilities

• Act as a highly experienced HR generalist, providing consultative partnership to business leaders and managers in Bengaluru.
• Coach managers on performance management, career development, and employee relations.
• Lead the implementation and rollout of annual HR programs, including compensation planning and engagement surveys.
• Manage employee relations initiatives, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and investigations.
• Support talent acquisition through offer analyses and workforce skillset planning.
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws, regulations, and government reporting requirements.
• Facilitate training for leaders on organizational philosophies and talent management tools.
• Support change management efforts related to organizational effectiveness and HR transformations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of related HR experience, preferably in an HR Generalist role.
• Strong knowledge of applicable employment laws and regulations.
• Proven consultative coaching and influencing skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw independent conclusions from data.
• Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• PHRi/SPHRi or equivalent professional certification.
• Experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Knowledge of employment-based immigration processes.
