Sr. HR Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Act as an internal consultant to support managers in strategic decision-making
• Map and execute actions focused on organizational climate and employee engagement
• Lead the performance evaluation process and structure development strategies for leadership and teams
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, and offboarding
• Identify training needs in collaboration with area management to support employee growth
• Manage HR indicators and metrics to drive data-informed decisions
• Ensure compliance with Epson's operational policies and procedures
• Connect business units with specialist HR areas for comprehensive support

Requirements

• Complete university degree
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources subsystems
• Proven experience acting as an HRBP for commercial areas
• Experience managing development, performance cycles, and leadership programs
• Advanced English proficiency
