About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as an internal consultant to support managers in strategic decision-making
- Map and execute actions focused on organizational climate and employee engagement
- Lead the performance evaluation process and structure development strategies for leadership and teams
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, and offboarding
- Identify training needs in collaboration with area management to support employee growth
- Manage HR indicators and metrics to drive data-informed decisions
- Ensure compliance with Epson's operational policies and procedures
- Connect business units with specialist HR areas for comprehensive support
Requirements
- Complete university degree
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources subsystems
- Proven experience acting as an HRBP for commercial areas
- Experience managing development, performance cycles, and leadership programs
- Advanced English proficiency
