Sr. Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Specialist

Responsibilities

• Implement, coordinate, and improve site health, safety, and environmental (HSE) programs to ensure compliance and risk reduction
• Lead incident investigations and perform root-cause analysis to ensure timely documentation and closure of corrective actions
• Develop and manage environmental and employee health & safety training plans for associates, contractors, and leaders
• Conduct formal risk assessments, including P-SIF, JSA, and HIRA, and partner with departments to implement effective controls
• Maintain accurate weekly and monthly HSE metrics, dashboards, and required regulatory report submissions
• Support new-hire onboarding with HSE-focused orientation and maintain compliant training records
• Participate in internal and external audits and lead Manufacturing North safety committee meetings

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of directly related experience
• 2 years of relevant HSE experience
• Expertise in incident investigation and root-cause analysis
• Fluent English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Ability to work onsite in Fort Worth, TX
