Sr. Health Equity Specialist

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute the development, prioritization, and delivery of customer-facing collateral, training materials, and conference resources.
• Manage the full collateral lifecycle from concept through approval, deployment, and integration into resource catalogs.
• Analyze customer engagement data to generate actionable health equity insights and develop KPI tracking reports.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders in Medical Communications, Marketing, and Commercial Operations to ensure alignment and operational efficiency.
• Identify process gaps and support continuous improvement initiatives and workflow optimization.
• Build relationships with empathy and cultural sensitivity across diverse communities and healthcare stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or training within the healthcare industry.
• Proven experience managing and leading cross-functional projects or programs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
• Strong presentation and consultative communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working directly with underserved and/or diverse communities.
• Fluency in Spanish, Vietnamese, Chinese, or other non-English languages.
