Sr. Hardware Engineer, Inverter Power Electronics

Responsibilities

• Design, simulate, and develop High Voltage (HV) and Low Voltage (LV) circuits for traction inverter systems
• Lead the design, prototyping, testing, debugging, and validation of inverter circuit components
• Contribute to powertrain and vehicle-level integrations from the prototype stage through to mass production
• Collaborate with mechanical design, manufacturing, software engineering, and supply chain teams
• Develop advanced and safety-critical electronic products within a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Solid background in electronic components and circuits
• Experience in mixed-signal circuit development for high-speed, high-accuracy applications
• Proficiency in electrical and signal integrity simulation and testing
• Hands-on experience with hardware development, troubleshooting, and debugging (MCU, OpAmp, AD/DA, SPI, CAN, etc.)
• Proficiency in PCB design, including schematic capture and layout tools
• Experience using laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes, probes, and power analyzers

Preferred Qualifications

• MS or PhD in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
• Previous experience developing electronic circuits for safety-critical applications
• Design experience in Power Electronics converters
• Experience in EMI testing or FPGA development
