Sr. Handyman/Carpenter/Craftsman

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of home repair and maintenance services for residential clients
• Assess job requirements and determine the most efficient repair approach
• Complete tasks such as carpentry, painting, door adjustments, and general handyman work
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely and effectively
• Communicate clearly with clients regarding repair needs, timelines, and solutions
• Maintain a professional appearance and deliver excellent customer service
• Travel within the assigned service territory to complete scheduled jobs
• Maintain job documentation and ensure work meets company quality standards

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience as a service technician in home repair or commercial maintenance
• Personal tools required
• Proficiency with hand tools and power tools
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Physical ability to bend, kneel, lift, stretch, and carry materials
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience in areas such as carpentry, drywall, painting, or flooring
