Sr. Hair Salon Stylist

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality hair and nail salon services for both girls and dolls to ensure a premium customer experience.
• Perform a wide variety of hairstyles across different hair lengths, types, and textures.
• Manage salon operations including reservation systems, appointment scheduling, and guest traffic.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace, conduct inventory of salon supplies, and restock necessary items.
• Assist guests by answering questions, resolving issues, and providing general customer service.
• Perform ear piercing services following strict safety procedures, checklists, and aftercare reviews (training provided).

Requirements

• Valid Cosmetology license for hair and nails in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a hair stylist.
• Proven experience performing nail services.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Excel, Outlook, and Word).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-energy service environment.
