About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own paid acquisition strategy and hands-on execution across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, and emerging channels
  • Manage campaign performance, budget allocation, pacing, and lead quality to drive business impact
  • Optimize campaign structure, targeting, creative, and offers to improve qualified lead generation and pipeline contribution
  • Own the CRO roadmap across landing pages, demo request paths, forms, and key conversion journeys
  • Build and run a structured testing program for messaging, offers, and funnel journeys
  • Use AI tools to accelerate campaign analysis, creative testing, and reporting
  • Develop dashboards and recurring insights to guide future investment decisions
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Creative, Web, and Sales teams to improve pipeline outcomes

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or paid acquisition
  • Deep hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta
  • Proven success managing significant paid media budgets and improving CAC, ROAS, and lead quality
  • Strong experience with CRO, experimentation, and landing page strategy
  • Proficiency with GA4, Google Tag Manager, CRM platforms, and marketing automation
  • Experience using AI tools to improve workflow efficiency and campaign optimization
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to operate effectively as a self-starter in a fast-moving environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B healthcare, medical devices, SaaS, or clinical technology
  • Experience in SMB-focused growth or other trust-sensitive categories
