Sr. Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end creative development for marketing campaigns and product launches, from concept through final production
• Design high-quality assets for paid media, email marketing, website banners, and social media content
• Develop motion graphics and animations to enhance digital marketing channels
• Create and integrate 3D design elements to improve storytelling and product visualization
• Utilize AI-powered design tools to accelerate ideation, production workflows, and visual exploration
• Ensure all creative assets meet brand guidelines, quality standards, and platform specifications
• Optimize deliverables for performance marketing and A/B testing initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
• 6-10+ years of professional experience in graphic design or marketing design
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign)
• Proven expertise in motion graphics and animation
• Expertise in 3D design tools such as Cinema 4D, Blender, or equivalent
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered creative tools and generative design
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and performance optimization

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in product marketing, e-commerce, or high-volume digital environments
• Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and performance analytics
• Experience working within established brand systems and scaling creative across multiple regions
