Sr Grants and Compliance Manager, RAPID

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of CRS RAPID emergency grants, including compliance policies, procedures, and systems.
• Establish and maintain standardized frameworks, tools, and protocols governing grant management and compliance.
• Provide detailed oversight of the full grant lifecycle and operational efficiency across the RAPID portfolio.
• Design and implement reporting frameworks to ensure consistent tracking of grant performance and compliance.
• Lead the identification and mitigation of systemic compliance and operational risks across supported programs.
• Strengthen grants and compliance capacity for CRS staff and partners through guidance, tools, and training.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including program quality, finance, supply chain, and risk management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible experience in grants management, compliance, or humanitarian operations.
• Experience supporting global or multi-country programs.
• Experience working in complex emergency contexts.
• Advanced knowledge of donor regulations and compliance systems.
• Fluency in English is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Experience effectively supervising and managing a team.
• Experience implementing or supporting humanitarian programming.
• Proficiency in French, Spanish, or Arabic.
