Sr General Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage large teams consisting of experienced professionals and subordinate managers or supervisors
• Implement operational plans and departmental-specific procedures to meet established objectives
• Provide strategic input to assist executives in defining operational plans and functional area strategies
• Influence policies, processes, and procedures across different job areas and departments
• Determine the most effective use of resources to meet schedules and organizational goals
• Use subject matter expertise to provide direction to subordinates and solve complex operational problems

Requirements

• Four-year college degree or equivalent relevant experience in a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of functional experience
• Minimum of 5 years of position-specific experience
• Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience
• Proven experience managing through subordinate managers
