Sr. Fullstack Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the long-term vision for achieving a modern, service-based architecture
• Own front-to-back software features from initial inception through to delivery
• Participate in architecture designs, product roadmaps, and code reviews
• Analyze and dive deep into a complex financial data ecosystem to determine optimal technical approaches
• Debug and troubleshoot issues across the entire application stack
• Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and other engineers
• Mentor team members and help set the engineering bar within the core platform team

Requirements

• Extensive professional experience in software development
• Proven experience building services using Java, SQL, and AWS
• Experience with frontend frameworks such as Ember, Angular, or React
• Strong understanding of REST, service-based architecture, and distributed systems
• Demonstrable knowledge of using AI in a professional engineering environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work onsite in Poland

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest or previous experience in the financial industry or wealth management
• Motivation to learn Ember if your primary frontend experience is in other frameworks
