Sr. FP&A Analyst

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly business performance reports and ad hoc sales and margin analyses
• Participate in sales meetings to evaluate the impact of commercial initiatives
• Consolidate financial information in collaboration with regional and global teams
• Develop monthly, annual, and long-term financial forecasts
• Validate correct cost allocation by customer and optimize criteria
• Provide key financial insights to the commercial team to drive decision-making
• Manage Capex processes from validation through to authorization
• Drive process improvements, standardization, and report automation
• Coordinate monthly results reviews with various business areas
• Support the financial evaluation of new business opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or similar roles
• Advanced Excel skills, including modeling, analysis, and reporting
• Experience working with multifunctional and/or global teams
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency
