Sr. Financial Strategy Specialist

Responsibilities

• Execute major corporate management projects including M&A and capital market transactions
• Perform target evaluation, valuation, and financial/accounting implication analysis for M&A
• Monitor strategic investment performance and provide independent analysis and advisory to management
• Coordinate with accounting, disclosure, IR, and legal departments for project execution
• Review corporate finance strategies including shareholder return policies and long-term business plans
• Evaluate corporate governance improvements, subsidiary splits, mergers, and restructuring
• Perform ad-hoc financial strategy projects linked to business strategy

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in one of the following: Investment Banking (M&A/Consulting), Private Equity/Venture Capital (Investment execution/PMI/Post-management), or Corporate Financial Strategy/Holding Company management
• Professional certification such as CPA or CFA is highly valued
• Proven experience in collaborating and coordinating with diverse stakeholders
• Business fluent English communication skills
• Ability to travel overseas

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in strategy or financial strategy departments within the gaming or non-gaming industries
• Broad understanding of business strategy, operations, and diverse industries
• Passionate gamer with interest in Krafton's games and various platforms/genres
