About the role
Responsibilities
- Automate and industrialize finance workflows by converting manual Excel processes into scalable automated pipelines.
- Develop and operationalize statistical and machine learning models to improve forecast precision.
- Build internal FP&A tooling to make analyses repeatable, auditable, and easy to consume for leadership.
- Partner cross-functionally with Finance and technical teams to identify friction and implement efficient operating models.
- Design and maintain rule-based engines and data pipelines that support forecasting and reporting.
- Translate complex analyses into clear narratives and meaningful visuals for stakeholders.
- Utilize LLM-powered development workflows to accelerate delivery while maintaining quality and security.
Requirements
- Strong SQL skills, including writing, debugging, and optimizing queries against large datasets.
- Advanced Excel skills with fluency in structured modeling, reconciliation, and scenario analysis.
- Working Python literacy with the ability to write production-quality scripts and notebooks.
- Experience working in a Git-based workflow (branching, pull requests, and version control).
- Proven ability to drive ambiguous problems to outcomes through scoping and execution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 - 4 years of experience in Analytics, Finance, or AdTech.
- Experience with Python data and visualization tools such as pandas and plotly.
- Experience building lightweight applications for business users (e.g., Streamlit or Dash).
- Familiarity with distributed processing and large-scale data (e.g., PySpark).
- Experience implementing agentic workflows or automation in a business context.
- Exposure to programmatic advertising concepts such as seasonality, supply dynamics, and take rates.
