Sr. Finacle Techno-Functional Consultant - Core Banking

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution design, including requirement analysis, functional design, gap analysis, and system configuration.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Finacle-based technical and functional solutions.
• Develop and maintain Finacle customizations using Finacle Scripting and optimize Oracle PL/SQL scripts.
• Manage API integrations between Finacle and external or internal banking systems.
• Handle batch job setup, scheduling, and monitoring.
• Conduct requirement workshops with business users and act as a bridge between business and IT teams.
• Support UAT, functional testing, defect resolution, and post-production troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Finacle Core Banking systems.
• Expertise in Finacle Scripting for customization and configuration.
• High proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL development.
• Experience with API integration and system interoperability.
• Hands-on experience with batch job scheduling and monitoring.
• Deep functional knowledge of CASA, Term Deposits, Loans, Limits Management, and Collaterals.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in large-scale banking transformation programs.
• Exposure to core banking modernization initiatives.
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
• Familiarity with enterprise integration ecosystems within the banking sector.
