Sr. Facility Representative

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair complex facility systems, conveyor systems, and distribution equipment
• Perform troubleshooting and technical repairs within a temperature-controlled distribution center
• Oversee and assist with the service and repair of internal and external facility areas
• Execute generalist maintenance tasks and assist with minor facility upkeep
• Communicate professionally with various stakeholders, from front-line employees to upper management

Requirements

• 5+ years of related experience in facility maintenance or as a service technician
• Proven troubleshooting and repair skills with various types of distribution center equipment
• Knowledge of safe usage for hand tools, power tools, conveyors, forklifts, and voltmeters
• Understanding of lock out/tag out procedures and OSHA safety standards
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work at heights, including using ladders, scissor lifts, and climbing in a warehouse environment
• Experience in mechanical, electrical, millwright, or HVAC trades is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using work order management systems
• Experience operating various types of power equipment
• Basic knowledge of warehouse work environments
