Sr. Facilities Representative

Responsibilities

• Safely measure voltage and current to troubleshoot electrical issues across multiple systems (460V, 220V, 120V AC, 24V DC)
• Diagnose and replace faulty components including cards, chips, photo eyes, solenoids, and limit switches
• Perform mechanical maintenance such as adjusting belts and chains and maintaining pneumatic systems (cylinders, valves)
• Create, follow, and build equipment preventive maintenance schedules
• Troubleshoot network systems, cabling, I/O devices, and standard computer systems
• Support production efficiency and quality through effective communication and technical expertise

Requirements

• 3+ years of related facilities or maintenance experience
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics
• Experience with PLC troubleshooting (upload, download, and diagnostics)
• Ability to perform mechanical repairs and preventive maintenance
• Physical ability to stand, bend, climb, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work the night shift (Sunday – Thursday, 6:00 pm - 2:30 am)
