Sr. Facilities Representative

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and electro-mechanical systems
• Support and improve equipment such as conveyors, A-Frames, printers, strappers, and compressors
• Read and interpret electrical schematics to resolve technical issues
• Lead and mentor junior maintenance staff within the distribution center
• Work with vendors and contractors to resolve complex equipment issues
• Learn and adapt to new automated technologies as they evolve

Requirements

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills ranging from relay logic to microprocessor controls
• Comprehensive knowledge of mechanical, HVAC, and electrical systems (AC/DC drives, PLCs, UPS, etc.)
• Ability to work nights, holidays, and occasional short-notice call-ins
• Solid problem-solving skills and ability to learn new systems quickly

Preferred Qualifications

• NEC knowledge and light electrical construction experience
• Experience with LOTO, OSHA safety standards, and work order systems
• Technical degree or trade certification
