Sr Facilities Representative

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair electronic and mechanical systems including conveyors, A-Frames, printers, compressors, and automated equipment
• Troubleshoot electrical issues to minimize facility downtime
• Read and interpret electrical schematics to support maintenance functions
• Train team members and collaborate with external vendors and contractors

Requirements

• 3+ years of related maintenance experience
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills, including relay logic, microprocessor controls, power feeders, transformers, generators, and PLCs
• 2+ years of experience in mechanical/HVAC or electrical work
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and on-call hours

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of NEC and experience with light electrical construction
• Experience using Windows XP/7 and work order systems
• Understanding of LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) and OSHA safety standards
• Technical degree or trade certification
